Who we are

Orbit is run by Mather Software Ltd, registered in England and Wales, which is the controller of your personal data under UK GDPR. Contact us at support@mathersoftware.com.

What we collect

Your email address (and your name, if you sign in with Apple) to sign you in, and the date you agreed to these terms.

Who we share it with

Clerk (sign-in), Convex (database and servers), Expo (app updates) and Sentry (crash reports: device model, OS version and what the app was doing when it crashed, never your account details). We don't sell your data or show ads.

How long we keep it

Until you delete your account. Deleting your account erases your data and your sign-in identity straight away. Crash reports aren't linked to your account and Sentry deletes them within 90 days.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email support@mathersoftware.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
